Does AI Assist on calls speak to the customer?

No. It stays silent with the customer and keeps your person as the voice of the call. The suggestions appear only on your operator's screen, where nobody on the line can hear them.

Can it fill in tickets, quotes or bookings from the call?

Yes. Your person can file a ticket, a quote or a booking with fields already filled from the conversation. Open quotes, tickets and bookings sit beside the call, so the customer is not asked the same questions twice.

What do I need for AI Assist on calls?

You need AI Call Desk, which itself runs on AI Phone. You can switch assist on per person, for example for the sales team but not for a trainee, by telling Lisa.
