Refund policy — software subscriptions and hardware
SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTIONS — Zanus AI Front Office and other Zanus AI cloud services
1. Business use. Zanus AI cloud services are sold to businesses for business use. By subscribing you confirm that you act on behalf of a business. Consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights do not apply.
2. Try before you buy. A free sandbox trial is available on request (subject to approval and a $1 card verification). Evaluate the service there. Paid subscriptions are not a trial.
3. Prepaid terms, no refunds. Subscriptions and add-ons are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically with the payment method on file. Fees paid are non-refundable, including any unused part of a monthly or yearly term. This is the standard for business software.
4. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; you keep full access until then. No refund is issued for the remaining time.
5. Upgrades and downgrades. An upgrade or add-on takes effect immediately and is charged pro-rata for the rest of the current term, then at full price from the next renewal. A downgrade or removal takes effect at the next renewal; no partial refunds.
6. Zanus credits. AI usage credits are prepaid, consumed by usage, non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value. Automatic top-up can be turned off at any time in Billing.
7. Launch and onboarding fees are non-refundable once the build of your workspace has started.
8. What we do refund. A duplicate charge, a charge made after a confirmed cancellation, or a billing error on our side is refunded in full to the original payment method within 10 business days. Write to [email protected] with the invoice number.
9. Disputes. Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we answer within 2 business days. A chargeback filed on a charge that complies with this policy is contested with the order record, the invoice, the terms accepted at checkout and the usage logs of the workspace. While a dispute is open the workspace may be suspended; outstanding fees remain due.
10. Competitive use. The services may not be subscribed to by or for a competitor, or used for benchmarking, copying or reverse engineering. We may refuse or terminate such a subscription; no refund is due for the remainder of the term.
HARDWARE — Zanus AI servers and physical products
All our sales are final, and only warranty and standard technical support will be guaranteed.
Our Zanus AI server is assembled upon customer's specification is never refundable only standard warranty and repairs apply.
In particular , products purchased with discounted price is never returnable or refundable under any circumstance.
Purchases with more that one item of the same type are never refundable.
All sales are final. There will be no returns for refund until further notice.
Sales to international buyers are final and there is no return on items shipped outside of the USA due to custom issues.
By paying for the order the customer expressly accept Zanus AI's terms of sale and return & refund policy, which cancel and replace any other previous agreement or any provision included in the customer's PO.
