Can an AI show guests photos of our rooms in the chat?

Yes. The AI shows the pictures stored on each room or suite record in the website chat and sends the room's page by text or e-mail. When new photos land, it reads each one and drafts a description that your team keeps or corrects.

Does the AI quote room rates from the inventory?

Only rates written on the record, such as a published cottage rate or a package. Dynamic room rates still come from your revenue system through Connectors, or the request goes to reservations, and a group request goes to AI Quoting as a written quote.

Can guests rent bikes, kayaks or cabanas through the AI?

Yes. Each bike, kayak or cabana is rented by the hour or day in periods that never overlap on one unit, with the deposit on its own line. A guest can ask for a hold, and the item shows as reserved to everyone else for the hours you allow.
