Yes, when you choose to record. The transcript and summary go on the candidate's record as notes for the recruiter, never as a score. If you prefer interviews without recording, the meeting runs in that mode and no transcript is made.

How many people can join a video interview?

Up to eight, which covers a candidate meeting a panel of the client's managers with the recruiter present. Files such as the job description can be shared during the call.

Can clients book their intake call as a video meeting?

Yes. Front Office books the intake call as a video meeting with the account manager, and the summary of the role, shift, site and headcount discussed lands on the client account afterward.
