How Churches use it
Siblings in Ohio, Texas and Oregon join the funeral planning call with the pastor, sharing the draft order of service.
The Tuesday worship team meets by video, and the summary with next Sunday's song list is filed for everyone.
A pastoral conversation booked by video runs in regulated mode, so the conversation is not recorded.

Questions & answers
AI Meetings for Churches: questions & answers
Can a pastor meet families by video without recording?
Yes. Regulated mode runs the meeting with no recording, which suits pastoral and confidential conversations. Ministry and council meetings can still keep a transcript and summary on the record.
How many people can join a church video meeting?
Up to eight, such as a couple and their sponsors with the pastor, or family members in different states planning a funeral. Files like readings or the order of service are shared in the meeting.
Are video meetings booked through the church office?
Yes. The Front Office books them like any appointment with the clergy, from the phone, chat or e-mail, and the link goes out with the confirmation.
