ZANUS FRONT OFFICE FOR NONPROFITS

Next-generation AI for Nonprofits & NGOs. Try it free on your own organization. No credit card.

Every donor thanked. Every volunteer scheduled. Every call for help answered. Your small team, finally off the phone. ZANUS AI Front Office for Nonprofits is the AI receptionist, sign-up desk and stewardship desk for charities, foundations, food banks, shelters and humanitarian organizations. It answers donors, volunteers and program participants on phone, website chat, email and web forms — did my gift go through, how do I get my receipt, how do I volunteer Saturday, am I eligible, when is the gala — books volunteer shifts and intake appointments, files gift changes and intake requests for the right person, thanks first-time donors the same day and reminds volunteers the day before. Anyone in crisis reaches a person at once. Grounded only in the information your organization approves: no source, no claim.

“Give us your website. Ten minutes later Zanus has built a private 7-day sandbox around your company: your knowledge, a phone line that answers as you, your website with Lisa on it, your dashboard with your data. Not old software with an AI button — the AI is the software.”

“No card. No setup fee. Per company, never per seat. You decide after you hear it answer as your company.” One trial per company: a working business website and an e-mail on its domain.

  1. 1
Your website. Lisa reads it and proposes your departments and people; she asks only what the site does not say.
  2. 2
Your sandbox, in ten minutes. A phone line in your area code that answers as you and transfers to your real phones, your website with Lisa on it, your dashboard with your data.
  3. 3
Seven days on your business. Day 1 the first call; day 3 a mail “what your callers asked”; day 7 a report.
  4. 4
Keep it or walk away. Buy any solution on any day and the sandbox becomes the account — same number, same knowledge, nothing redone. Walk away and nothing is charged.

Supporter contact

A call during the Tuesday distribution, a chat at 11 PM, an email to the donations inbox, a volunteer sign-up form — a donor, a volunteer, a parent asking for help, a sponsor’s CSR manager. Day or night, in any of 40 languages.

Answer

Programs, hours, locations, how to give, receipt policy, volunteer requirements, what to bring to intake, what a sponsor table includes — from your approved information only. No source, no claim.

Understand

Donor, volunteer, participant or partner; which program; how urgent; which team — development, volunteer coordination, programs, finance — your routing rules applied in the conversation. Anyone in crisis goes to a person immediately.

Act

Book the shift or the intake appointment, file the gift-change or intake request for the right person, send the sponsorship package, transfer the major-gift caller to the development director with the context whispered in, call back the hang-up.

Follow up

The first-time donor thanked the same day, the receipt sent, the expired card chased before the gift lapses, the volunteer reminded the day before, the event guest sent the impact story, the sponsor proposal left unopened — on schedule, until done.

Record & report

Every touch on the supporter’s front-office record. Every morning a briefing: what was handled overnight, which shift is still short, who needs a person today.

AI-driven end to end. A person wherever your rules require it. Anyone in crisis, every eligibility or case decision, every change to a gift and anything outside your approved information waits for your people; the routine, the AI handles and reports.

One knowledge base feeds every channel

Websites, uploads, pages and articles, Q&A, battle cards, images and videos — you approve it once, and phone, chat, email, demos and quotes all answer from the same verified source. No source, no claim.

Private by architecture

Your Front Office runs in a private Cloudflare environment dedicated to your company — your own data-processing container, not a shared pool. Your knowledge stays yours: it never trains global models like GPT or Grok, and it is never shared.

  • Private data-processing environment per company
  • Grounded only in your knowledge
  • Claim guard: no source, no claim
  • Private environment option: an isolated environment with enterprise-grade security certifications, on request

Auto-Call — outbound AI calls on your rules

Auto-Call — the AI calls your supporters

Not only answering. From an automated event (a due date, a ready order, tomorrow’s appointment), a scheduled funnel or a list, the AI calls your registered contacts and announces your message — or talks as an agent: answers the question, moves the appointment, confirms, collects the missing detail. Call window, attempts, voicemail policy and consent rules are yours; every call is transcribed.

  • “Hi Helen, this is the Riverbend Food Bank: thank you for your gift — your receipt is in your email and the winter drive starts Saturday.”
  • “Hi George, this is the Riverbend Food Bank calling to confirm your volunteer shift Saturday at 9. Can you still make it, or should we move you to the afternoon?”

Scheduled Auto-Call comes inside a solution — see pricing; calling back the hang-ups is part of AI Phone. How it works, in the Phone chapter ›

Questions, answered

Does the AI decide who is eligible, or give tax advice?

No. It answers only from the information your organization approves — programs, published eligibility criteria, hours, how to give, receipt policy. It does not decide whether a specific person qualifies for a program, does not make case decisions and does not say whether a gift is deductible for a particular donor: eligibility questions are filed as an intake request for your program team, tax questions are referred to the donor’s advisor, and anyone in crisis is transferred to the person on duty or given your approved emergency numbers, word for word. No source, no claim.

What happens to donor and participant information?

Your Front Office runs on a private data-processing environment dedicated to your organization; supporter and participant information never trains public models and is never shared. The AI does not take card numbers or change gifts itself — it files the request for your gift-processing person. Organizations whose funders or regulators require an isolated environment with specific certifications ask for a private environment — available on request.

Does it replace our donor database or case-management system?

No. It sits in front of them: the AI answers, books and follows up, then writes contacts, bookings and requests back through Connectors — native calendar sync, webhooks and API. Gifts stay in your donor database, cases stay in your case-management system; your system of record stays; the phone stops ringing unanswered during the distribution.

Try it free on your own organization. 7 days. No credit card.

Give it your website. It learns your company. Then call it, chat with it, e-mail it — and decide. Nothing to install, nothing to cancel.
