Can an AI tell my customers what I have in stock?

Yes. The AI reads the cards you built with Lisa, or imported from a spreadsheet, on the phone, the chat and e-mail. It says what is available, reads the price you wrote and texts the item's page, and anything marked sold or hidden stays out of the answer.

Do I need a spreadsheet to set up my inventory?

No. You can describe each item to Lisa in plain words; she fills the card, reads it back and saves it when you say yes. If you already keep a spreadsheet or CSV, the import runs a dry run first and shows what would change before anything is written.

Can I sell and rent the same item?

Yes. Mark it sale or rent, and the AI tells the caller both ways, then asks whether they want to buy or rent. Rentals are quoted by the hour, day or week with the deposit on its own line, and check-in notes record any damage.

Does it work with my online store?

Yes. Connect your online store and the AI also answers from its products, alongside the items you keep in AI Inventory. Customers asking on the phone or in the chat hear about both without you copying anything over by hand.
