Can an AI answer buyer calls about my listings?

Yes. The AI reads each listing record on the phone, in the website chat and by e-mail: status, bedrooms, the list price as written and the details your agents entered. It shows the photos in the chat, texts the listing page and tells the caller when a home is reserved or sold.

Does the AI price a home or give an opinion on value?

No. It reads the list price the agent wrote on the record and does not estimate a value or suggest an offer. Comps, pricing strategy and offer questions go to the listing agent with the caller's question attached.

Can we manage rentals and vacation homes in the same inventory?

Yes. Sales listings, long-term rentals and vacation homes can each sit in their own department with their own fields, and the AI searches all of them at once. A vacation home rents by the night or week, its booked periods never overlap, and the deposit appears on its own line.

Can we import our listings from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Import a spreadsheet or CSV and look at the dry run first: it lists every listing that would be added or changed before anything is written. Exports come back with your own labels, such as MLS number and list date.
