Can an AI answer spare parts availability for a manufacturer?

Yes. The AI searches your spare parts, machines and refurbished units at once, by part number or description, on the phone, the chat and e-mail. It states availability the way your rules set it and reads the price as written on the record, never a number it calculated.

Can we rent demo machines to customers?

Yes. A machine can be listed for rent or sale or rent, quoted by the day, week or month with the deposit on its own line. Rental periods never overlap on one unit, and check-out and check-in records note the hour meter and any damage.

How do we load thousands of part numbers?

With a spreadsheet or CSV import. The dry run shows what would be added or changed before anything is written, and exports come back in your labels, such as part number and revision. Teams you set as read-only can look parts up without sending prices.
