Can an AI tell shoppers if an item is in stock at our store?

Yes. The AI reads your product records and your connected online store's products on the phone, the chat and e-mail. You choose what callers hear: available or not, a low-stock warning, or the full count. Items marked hidden or retired are left out.

Will the AI answer questions about prescriptions or medicines?

No. AI Inventory covers the shelf, not the pharmacy: dosing, interaction and medicine questions go to the pharmacist. For front-store products the AI reads only what is written on the product card, such as size and brand, and gives no health advice.

Can the store rent carpet cleaners through the AI?

Yes. Rental machines sit in their own department, rented by the hour or day with periods that never overlap on one machine and the deposit on its own line. Check-out and check-in records note condition and damage when the machine leaves and comes back.
