Can an AI tell callers which cars are on the lot?

Yes. AI Inventory answers from your own vehicle records on the phone, the website chat and e-mail: what is available, the trim, the miles and the advertised price as written on the record, never a figure the AI worked out. Photos appear right in the chat, and a sold vehicle is not offered as available.

Do we have to retype our vehicle inventory from the dealer system?

No. Export a spreadsheet or CSV from the system you use and import it; a dry run lists every vehicle that would be added or changed before anything is written. Fields keep your labels, such as VIN and stock number, and exports come back out under those same labels.

Can one inventory cover new, used, rentals and the parts counter?

Yes. Each line keeps its own department with its own fields and words, and the AI searches every department at once. When a vehicle is marked sale or rent, the AI gives the caller both ways and asks whether they want to buy or rent before going further.

Can the AI send a shopper a written price on a vehicle?

Yes, through AI Quoting: the AI passes the vehicle and its advertised price to a written quote. You decide which teams may quote and which may only read the inventory, and payment, rate and trade-in value questions stay with your sales and finance people.
