AI Meetings for Construction. Preconstruction and design meetings with notes on record.

AI Meetings runs the video meetings the Front Office books: the design consultation with a homeowner and the architect, the preconstruction call with the owner's rep and your PM, the weekly coordination with a sub's foreman. Up to eight people join, drawings and photos are shared, and the transcript and summary go on the project record, or regulated mode runs with no recording.

How Construction use it

The owner's rep, the architect and your PM review the bid alternates by video, and the summary lands on the project record.

A couple and their designer choose kitchen finishes by video while the consultant shares the selection sheets.

A public-owner meeting runs in regulated mode with no recording, because the owner's rules call for it.

REAL AI - the whole Front Office is AI, not old software with an AI button.

AI Meetings for Construction: questions & answers

Can AI take notes in construction project meetings?

Yes. AI Meetings writes the transcript and summary of the video meetings it runs onto the project record, so the PM and the estimator see what the owner asked without rewatching anything.
