Can an AI answer equipment rental availability calls?

Yes. The AI checks each machine's rental periods, which never overlap on one unit, and tells the caller which dates are open. Rates by the day, week or month are read from the record with the deposit stated separately, and a written quote goes through AI Quoting.

Can we list used equipment for sale and for rent at the same time?

Yes. Mark a machine sale or rent and the AI gives the caller both options, then asks whether the crew wants to buy it or rent it. Statuses such as reserved, sold and retired tell the AI what it may still offer.

How do we load hundreds of machines and material items?

From a spreadsheet or CSV. The dry run shows which records would be added or changed before anything is written, and the export comes back in your own labels, such as unit number and hour meter. A single machine can also be described to Lisa, who fills the card and saves it on your yes.
