Can an AI answer vacancy calls for a property management company?

Yes. The AI reads your unit records on the phone, the chat and e-mail: which units are vacant, the move-in date, pet rules and the rent as written on the card. It sends the unit's page by text or e-mail and passes application and screening questions to your leasing staff.

Can a unit be listed for sale and for rent at once?

Yes. An owner's condo can be marked sale or rent, and the AI tells the caller both options before asking whether they want to buy or rent. Statuses such as reserved, sold and hidden decide what the AI still offers.

How do we load our units without retyping them?

Import a spreadsheet or CSV of units; the dry run shows what would be added or changed before anything is written. Pictures can be added later: the AI reads each one as it lands and drafts a description your leasing staff keep or correct.
