ZANUS FRONT OFFICE FOR INSURANCE CARRIERS

Next-generation AI for Insurance Carriers. Try it free on your own carrier. No credit card.

Every policyholder call answered. Every first notice taken. Your service desk, finally ahead of the queue. ZANUS AI Front Office for Insurance Carriers is the AI policyholder-service desk, claims-intake desk and agent-service desk for P&C, life & annuity and group-benefits carriers and MGAs. It answers policyholders, claimants, employers and producers on phone, website chat, email and web forms — billing dates, ID cards and documents, how to file, what happens next, appetite and appointment questions from your agents — takes first notice of loss complete at any hour, files endorsement and beneficiary-change requests, tells people their claim status before they call, books the adjuster or the licensed callback, works renewal and payment reminders and calls hang-ups back. Coverage and claim decisions stay with your licensed people; the AI decides nothing. Grounded only in the information your company approves: no source, no claim.

“Give us your website. Ten minutes later Zanus has built a private 7-day sandbox around your company: your knowledge, a phone line that answers as you, your website with Lisa on it, your dashboard with your data. Not old software with an AI button — the AI is the software.”

“No card. No setup fee. Per company, never per seat. You decide after you hear it answer as your company.” One trial per company: a working business website and an e-mail on its domain.

  1. 1
Your website. Lisa reads it and proposes your departments and people; she asks only what the site does not say.
  2. 2
Your sandbox, in ten minutes. A phone line in your area code that answers as you and transfers to your real phones, your website with Lisa on it, your dashboard with your data.
  3. 3
Seven days on your business. Day 1 the first call; day 3 a mail “what your callers asked”; day 7 a report.
  4. 4
Keep it or walk away. Buy any solution on any day and the sandbox becomes the account — same number, same knowledge, nothing redone. Walk away and nothing is charged.

Policyholder or agent contact

A hail storm at 2 AM, a month-end billing question, an agent asking about appetite, an employee in the enrollment window, a family member calling about a life policy — on the number printed on the ID card, in any of 40 languages.

Answer

Billing dates and grace periods, how to get an ID card, how to file, what happens after first notice, what the plan summary says, which states and classes you write — from your approved information only. Disclosures read as written.

Understand

Policyholder, claimant, producer or HR administrator; which line, which state, which desk — billing, claims, policy service, agency relations, benefits — your identification and routing rules applied in the conversation. Anything about coverage or a claim decision goes to a licensed person.

Act

Take the first notice of loss complete, file the endorsement or beneficiary-change request, send the form, book the adjuster inspection or the licensed callback, transfer with the context whispered in, call back the hang-up.

Follow up

The claim-status update before the policyholder calls, the premium reminder before the cancellation notice, the reinstatement steps, the renewal outreach, the producer whose contracting paperwork is still missing — on schedule, until done.

Record & report

Every touch on the policyholder’s and the agency’s front-office record. Every morning a briefing: what was handled overnight, what the storm brought in, who needs a licensed person today.

AI-driven end to end. A licensed person wherever your rules require it. Coverage, claim decisions, binding, eligibility, anything sensitive and anything outside your approved information wait for your people; the routine, the AI handles and reports.

One knowledge base feeds every channel

Websites, uploads, pages and articles, Q&A, battle cards, images and videos — you approve it once, and phone, chat, email, demos and quotes all answer from the same verified source. No source, no claim.

Private by architecture

Your Front Office runs in a private Cloudflare environment dedicated to your company — your own data-processing container, not a shared pool. Your knowledge stays yours: it never trains global models like GPT or Grok, and it is never shared.

  • Private data-processing environment per company
  • Grounded only in your knowledge
  • Claim guard: no source, no claim
  • Private environment option: an isolated environment with enterprise-grade security certifications, on request

Auto-Call — outbound AI calls on your rules

Auto-Call — the AI calls your policyholders

Not only answering. From an automated event (a due date, a ready order, tomorrow’s appointment), a scheduled funnel or a list, the AI calls your registered contacts and announces your message — or talks as an agent: answers the question, moves the appointment, confirms, collects the missing detail. Call window, attempts, voicemail policy and consent rules are yours; every call is transcribed.

  • “Hi Michael, this is Atlantic Mutual: your claim payment was issued today and will reach your account within three business days.”
  • “Hi Patricia, this is Atlantic Mutual calling to schedule the adjuster’s inspection for your claim. Would Wednesday morning or Friday afternoon work?”

Scheduled Auto-Call comes inside a solution — see pricing; calling back the hang-ups is part of AI Phone. How it works, in the Phone chapter ›

Questions, answered

Does the AI decide coverage or handle claims?

No. It answers only from the information your company approves — billing rules, how to file, process steps, policy documents as written, plan summaries — and takes intake. It does not say whether a loss is covered, does not accept, deny or settle a claim, does not bind, rate or reinstate a policy and does not determine eligibility: those questions are transferred to a licensed representative, an adjuster or a benefits specialist with the transcript attached, or filed as a request for the right desk. Disclosures are read word for word.

What happens to policyholder information?

Your Front Office runs on a private data-processing environment dedicated to your company; policyholder information never trains public models and is never shared. The AI asks the identifying questions you define before it reads back anything policy-specific, and routes what it cannot verify. Carriers whose compliance requires an isolated environment with specific certifications ask for a private environment — available on request.

Does it replace our policy administration or claims system?

No. It sits in front of them: the AI answers, takes the first notice, files the request, books the callback and follows up, then writes the result back through Connectors — webhooks, API, native calendar and CRM sync. Policies, claims and billing stay in your core systems; the queue stops building at the service desk.

Try it free on your own carrier. 7 days. No credit card.

Give it your website. It learns your company. Then call it, chat with it, e-mail it — and decide. Nothing to install, nothing to cancel.
