How does the AI see shipment status?
Through the tracking feed, API or webhook your TMS, WMS or carrier-integration layer already exposes, connected at your Done-for-You AI Launch by your vendor or integrator. The AI reads status; with no connected status it says a person will confirm.
Is shipper data exposed to outside AIs?
Only to the AI you explicitly authorize, only the front-office fields you allow, through revocable read-only tokens — and every access is logged. Any write action routes through the same approvals as everything else.
