AI Inventory for Agriculture. Tractors, seed and sale lots, answered from your own records.

AI Inventory lists what you sell and rent in farm words: tractors and combines by hours and serial, seed by variety and bag, feed by the ton, livestock by lot number for the sale. Growers asking by phone, chat or e-mail hear what is available and the price as written on the record, and rental machines carry a day or week rate with the deposit on its own line.

How Agriculture use it

1

A custom harvester needs a grain cart for two weeks in September; the AI finds a unit with no overlapping rental and reads the rate.

2

A rented tractor comes back; the check-in record logs the hour meter, fuel left and a bent drawbar for the shop.

3

A buyer asks what is in lot 112 at Saturday's sale; the AI reads head count, breed and average weight from the lot card.

Questions & answers

AI Inventory for Agriculture: questions & answers

Can an AI tell farmers which used tractors are for sale?

Yes. The AI reads your equipment records on the phone, the chat and e-mail: model, hours, serial and the price as written on the record. It shows the photos in the chat and texts the machine's page, and a unit listed sale or rent is offered both ways.

Will the AI recommend a seed variety or a feed ration?

No. It reads the varieties, bag sizes and feed products on your cards and says what is in stock or on order. Which variety suits a field or which ration suits a herd is your agronomist's or nutritionist's call, and the question goes to them.

Can a grower hold a used combine over the phone?

Yes, for the hours you allow. A held machine shows reserved to every other caller until the hold ends, and a written quote goes through AI Quoting at the farm's tier. You choose which counter teams may quote and which may only read.
