FRONT OFFICE AI FOR HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES — WHAT IT RECOVERS

What is an abandoned client call worth? Do the math.

Type YOUR numbers — client contacts per week, how many are abandoned in the hold queue or arrive after hours, what one caseworker-handled contact or reworked missed interview costs, how many call-center hours go to routine answering. The calculator sizes what a Front Office recovers in wait time and capacity, not revenue. Your arithmetic, not our promise — and prices live on one page only.

REAL AI - the whole Front Office is AI, not old software with an AI button. Give it your website: it learns your company, works from your approved knowledge and gets better with every answer you approve.

Your week today

Six numbers, all yours. Think a slider is optimistic? Pull it down — the math updates live.

Client contacts recovered, monthly 130

Calls abandoned in the hold queue, the 7 PM “did you get my documents”, the interview line nobody could reach — answered in seconds, in the client’s language.

Recovered revenue, monthly $6,240

130 recovered × 8% resolved in the conversation, no callback or office visit needed × $600 each. Your sliders, your assumptions.

Recovered value, yearly $107,000

Plus 78 routine hours returned to your caseworkers and call center every month (worth $2,730 at your loaded cost) — before counting faster answers on hot leads: minutes instead of hours. Now weigh this against the plan you would choose: see pricing →

How this math works: every input is YOURS, typed by you. The one fixed assumption: the AI absorbs 60% of the routine hours (the rest stays with your team, and anything sensitive waits for a person, per your rules). No software-bill comparisons, no prices on this page — prices live here.

Questions, answered

Why does the value slider say “cost” and not “revenue”?

Because an agency does not win clients. What a recovered contact saves is a caseworker’s time on a routine question, a callback, an office visit, or the rework of an application denied for a missed interview. Put your own loaded cost of one such contact in the slider; the page sizes wait time and capacity, not revenue. No software bill is compared — plans are published in one place, the pricing page.

Is this a promise of results?

No — it is your own arithmetic. Every number is a slider you set; the output is exactly your inputs multiplied. Abandonment rates and hold times differ by program, office and season; use yours. The demo is how you judge the quality of the AI with real client questions; this page only sizes what is at stake.

Does a “resolved” contact include decisions the AI makes?

No. The AI decides nothing about eligibility, benefits or a case. A contact counts as resolved when the client got what they called for from your published information — documents required, interview booked or moved, tracking number given, status read back where you authorize it after identity is verified. Safety and crisis calls go to a person at once and are not counted here.
