FRONT OFFICE AI — FOR SALESFORCE USERS

Keep Salesforce.
Add the workforce.

Salesforce’s own words for its new AI: "Humans direct. Agents execute. Salesforce governs." It is a good model — for work that needs a human directing it. Zanus Front Office starts from a different question: what if the customer-facing work itself is performed by the AI, and only the decisions that truly need you are escalated? Keep Salesforce as your system of record. Let Front Office be the system of work.

Zanus Front Office — the AI workforce dashboard

The workforce at work: usage, demos, quotes, pipeline — one dashboard.

They ship a briefing. We ship the briefing AND the workforce. Claudeforce’s flagship skill briefs your rep in the morning on what to do. Front Office includes a morning briefing too — with one difference: ours opens with what the AI already did overnight. Calls answered. Demos given. Meetings booked. Quotes drafted. A to-do list is useful. A did-it-for-you list is a different product. See AI Briefing →

Two pricing models, side by side

Ten-person sales team, one year, published list prices (verified Aug 30, 2026). Their figures are seat licenses only — before applicable Agentforce consumption, telephony, additional products, implementation or services. Ours is the whole product.

Salesforce Enterprise

$21,000/yr

$175/user/mo × 10 seats, billed annually. Agentforce agents are "available for purchase" on top (from $125/user/mo, or via Flex Credits).

Salesforce Agentforce 1 Sales

$66,000/yr

$550/user/mo × 10 seats, billed annually — the AI-inclusive edition. Employee agent usage unmetered; customer-facing agent usage draws on included Flex Credits.

Zanus Front Office CLOSE

$19,900/yr flat

Unlimited users. Phone, chat, avatar, demos, quotes, email, booking, tickets, briefing, forecast — one product, nothing metered, 40 languages available.

Different models, honestly stated: theirs prices the people who use the software, per seat. Ours prices the work the AI performs, flat. Which model fits you depends on one question — who do you want doing the front-office work? Do your own math →

Keep Salesforce. Add the workforce.

This is not rip-and-replace. Native Salesforce sync ships in Connectors: every demo, quote and booking the AI handles appears on your CRM records moments later. Your reporting, your dashboards, your investment in Salesforce — all of it becomes MORE valuable, because the records now fill themselves from real conversations.

Questions, answered

Is Claudeforce available now?

Per their page (verified Aug 30, 2026): select pilot customers today, open beta planned September 2026, Sales persona first — Service, Marketing, Commerce, Revenue, Field Service and more are labeled COMING SOON.

Does Salesforce have customer-facing AI?

Yes — Agentforce, including voice. On the published pricing it is licensed per user and/or per usage (Flex Credits) on top of CRM seats, and configured per channel. Zanus Front Office ships the customer-facing front office as one pre-built product at one flat price. The difference is packaging and pricing model, not whether AI exists.

Can Zanus really work alongside Salesforce?

Yes — natively. Connect in Settings → Connectors, map contacts, companies and deals, choose push, pull or two-way. Dry-run preview before anything writes.

Are you telling me to leave Salesforce?

No. If Salesforce is your system of record, keep it. Front Office adds the layer Salesforce was never designed to be: the workforce that answers, demos, quotes and books — and writes it all back to your CRM.

See it working on YOUR business — the demo IS the product.
